By logging in and accessing the Due Process 101 Educational Program and its content, USER hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: USER understands and agrees that Edward H. Smith, d/b/a The Due Process Advocate and his, agents, affiliates, assigns, and/or transferees (hereafter "EHS") hereby disclaim any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any claim for injury or damage resulting from USER'S access, use, interaction with any third party, or any other activity whatsoever in connection with the use of the information published at dueprocessadvocate.com or within the online publication entitled "Due Process 101 Educational Program" or "Due Process 101" (hereafter the "Site Content"). EHS further disclaims any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any claim for injury or damage resulting from any acts of God and/or any periodic interruptions that may occur in the use of Site Content (i.e. a server failure). USER agrees that all USER contact information provided to EHS is accurate and current. USER explicitly represents that USER'S email address is owned by USER and will not be used by any other party as a means of accessing Site Content. USER hereby agrees to abide by all applicable local, state, and/or federal laws regarding USER'S use of the Site Content for any purpose whatsoever. USER agrees and understands that EHS, at its sole discretion, may suspend, terminate or cancel USER'S access to Site Content at any time in the event that USER fails to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement with reasonable notice and opportunity to cure. USER specifically understands that USER'S access and use of Site Content is for USER'S use only in connection with the resolution of USER'S own personal or business matters and that USER'S fee for access to Site Content is non-refundable. Furthermore, USER agrees to reimburse EHS any costs for the collection thereof in the event that USER'S fee is dishonored for any reason. USER understands and agrees that USER may receive periodic emails containing updated information relating to EHS's mission and services. USER agrees and understands that EHS makes no representation or warranty as to USER'S application, usefulness and/or suitability of, or User's use of, the Site Content for the purpose of addressing and/or resolving USER'S specific problems or circumstances. USER specifically understands that the Site Content is for informational purposes only and that the USER bears total responsibility for any use of any Site Content. Finally, USER understands, acknowledges, and agrees that nothing contained in the Site Content is intended to be, or may be construed by USER, as legal advice, or any other professional advice, for which specific licensing is required in any jurisdiction whatsoever under any circumstances whatsoever.
